Estimated Tax Payment Reminders
Smart Tax Delivery provides your tax clients an online, mobile, and guided option for reviewing and signing their tax return that’s as simple as it is effective, keeping you IRS-compliant while eliminating all non-billable time otherwise spent coaching them through signing, paying balances due, and reminding them of estimates to pay.

Estimated Tax Payment Reminders
Clients will receive an Inbox Message with a summary of any Estimates to be paid (as well as link to review them on Account Details > Tax Details page, if preferred).
Clients will receive a follow-up message summarizing the estimated payment amounts and due dates for all tax payments projected for payment regarding the current/upcoming tax year, which includes links to the payment portals for all relevant jurisdictions, as well as a reminder message two weeks prior to each quarterly due date (also including all necessary online payment portal links).

NOTE: If Firms upload a tax return containing Estimate vouchers but without an Account assigned to the Contact/Request, Liscio will have nowhere to store the Estimated Payments dates/amounts and cannot send reminders. Liscio strongly recommends that every Contact be associated with at least one corresponding Account.
