One Time Recovery Code (MFA)

One Time Recovery Code (MFA)

Multi-Factor Authentication provides recovery codes in case you lose your phone, or for any reason can’t access your texts or Google Authenticator. You can still sign in to your Account using any one of the Recovery Codes.

To access your Recovery Codes:

  1. In Liscio, click on your name (Profile Settings) on the lower-left side of the screen.
  2. Click Security Settings then click Manage
  3. Under Access, click Generate Recovery Codes...
  4. To copy your Recovery Codes, click save your codes.
Store them in a safe place. You can refresh Recovery Codes at any time by selecting Generate Recovery Codes in Security Settings. Please keep in mind if you refresh codes, the previous set will no longer work.
