From the Dashboard and Inbox page:
Hover your cursor over the Message you want to mark as unread.
Select the Ellipses (three dots) on the right-hand side of that Message.
Select Mark as Unread.
From the Message thread:
If you've opened the Message and you're viewing the thread, Select the Mark as Unread icon in the upper-right corner.
