When inquiring about your balance, be sure to specify which services you want to check (e.g., organizers, returns, or eDocs) to receive a detailed summary of your current balance and recent charges.

Pre-purchasing credits to use eDocs or KBA is no longer required. Both services are now billed based on monthly usage. Once existing pre-purchased credits are used, monthly billing will begin.
