To check your current eDoc and KBA balances, please contact Liscio Support. These balances are not displayed within the product, but a team member can provide this information to you directly.

Pre-purchasing credits to use eDocs or KBA is no longer required. Both services are now billed based on monthly usage. Once existing pre-purchased credits are used, monthly billing will begin.
