When sending an eDoc in Liscio, you might see a different name show up in Adobe for a contact. This happens because Adobe has linked that email address to another name from a past use.
It Doesn’t Affect the eDoc
- Your client sees the correct name in the Liscio Notification and Task. 
- The signing process works as expected. 
- Your client will enter their own name and signature when signing. 
How to Fix It (If Needed)
If your client wants to update the name Adobe is showing:
- They can log into their Adobe account directly (outside of Liscio). 
- Update their name in Adobe settings. 
- Changes may take a little time to show.
