Creating Tasks in FirmDash

FirmDash allows you create Tasks on-the-go!

Create a Task:

  1. Select the blue plus sign (+) at the bottom of your screen.

  2. Select Task.

  3. Select Task Type to pick the type of task from the dropdown list.

  4. Enter a Due Date.

  5. Select Account.

  6. Select Contact.

  7. Select Owner to reassign task ownership to another employee.

  8. Create a Subject.

  9. Select inside the Description box to begin writing your request.

  10. Select Create Task in the upper-right corner.

To attach files to a Task on a mobile device:

  1. Tap into the Task.

  2. Tap on the paperclip icon in the upper-right corner.

  3. Use the Browse Files for Upload option to locate the file.

  4. Tap Upload.

  5. You will now see the attached file(s) in the Task.
