You can create and link new records in QuickBooks or Liscio directly from the Liscio integrations page. In Liscio, only Firm Admins have this ability.

Linking Records in Liscio
Select the ellipses (three dots) in the vertical left-hand menu.
Select Admin, then Integrations.
Under the QuickBooks integration, select View Details.
Use the search box to find an unmatched record.
In the auto-suggest box, similar records will appear.
To sync records, hover over the matched pair and select the link icon on the far right.
To create a new link, hover over the record and select either the QuickBooks icon or the Liscio icon on the far right.
Select the blue Create in QuickBooks or Create in Liscio button.
The Liscio Account and QuickBooks Customer will now be linked.
Delinking Liscio and QuickBooks Records
Select the ellipses (three dots) in the vertical left-hand menu.
Select Admin, then Integrations.
Under the QuickBooks integration, select View Details.
Use the search box to find the record you want to delink.
Hover over the record and select the delink icon on the far right.
Deleting Records
The Liscio-QuickBooks integration does not auto-delete records. If a linked record is archived in Liscio, it will be de-linked from its corresponding record in QuickBooks, but will not be deleted in QuickBooks. If a linked record is deleted in QuickBooks, it will be de-linked from its corresponding record in Liscio, but will not be archived in Liscio.
