How to Invite Contacts

Note: The Contact must already exist in Liscio in order to invite them. If you do not see the Contact, create a new Contact.  Invites will expire after 7 days.

There are three ways to invite Contacts to Liscio:

Manually Send Invite:

1. Click on the Contacts page on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Hover over the contact you would like to invite.

3. Click the Send Invite icon on the right-hand side of the contact record. (Note: The icon only appears if the Contact has an email address).

Send a Task:

Whenever a Task is sent to a New Contact in Liscio, an automatic invitation email will also be sent to the Contact.

Send a Message:

Whenever a message is sent to a New Contact in Liscio, an automatic invitation email will also be sent to the Contact.

 Note: When a client accepts the invitation, the client’s Contact status changes from Invited to Active on the Contacts page.
