How to Tell if a Contact is Invited: Activation Status
1. Click on the Contacts page on the left side of the screen.
2. Note the tabs at the top of the page.
New - Invitation has not been sent.
Invited - Contact has been invited but is not Active.
Active - Contact has been invited and has accepted (they are using Liscio) .
Expired - Contact's invite has expired and must be resent.
1. Navigate to a Contact's record.
2. Refer to the color of the dot next to the contact's name.
a. Green = Active
b. Yellow = Invited
c. Gray = New
d. Red = Inactive
