Customize Your Tags

Tags are used when uploading and organizing files. A Tag is necessary to identify and label a document. You can filter by Tags in your Files page to quickly find what you need.

There are 29 default tags:

  1. 1099
  2. 941
  3. 1099-Misc
  4. Accounting
  5. Agreement
  6. Audit
  7. Bank & CC Statement
  8. Bookkeeping
  9. Financial
  10. Invoice
  11. Miscellaneous
  12. Notice 
  13. Payroll
  14. Payroll Tax
  15. Permanent
  16. Sales Tax
  17. Source Data
  18. Source Documents
  19. Statements
  20. Tax
  21. Tax Returns
  22. W-2
  23. W-4
  24. W-9
  25. Ask your accountant
  26. eDoc*
  27. Client Upload*
  28. Liscio Printer*
  29. Liscio Vault*

*System Generated - cannot be edited or removed

To create your own Tags or edit existing ones: 

1. Go to the ellipses (three dots) in the lower left corner.
2. Click Admin.
3. Click Preferences.
 


4. At the top, click Tags.

Here, you can add Tags (+Tag), delete, sort order, and view how many files are associated with each tag.
