Intuit Practice Management Integration: Creating New Records

You can create and link new records in Intuit Practice Management or Liscio directly from the Liscio integrations page.

Liscio Accounts are the same as Organizations in Intuit Practice Management.
Liscio Contacts are the same as People in Intuit Practice Management.

  1. Click the ellipses (three dots) in the lower-left corner, then Admin, then Integrations.

  2. Under the Karbon integration, click View Details.

  3. Use the search box to find an unmatched record.

  4. Hover over the record and click the Karbon icon or the Liscio icon on the far right. 

  5. Click the blue Create in Karbon or Create in Liscio button.

  6. The following information will now be synced: 

    1. Accounts: address, phone number, website address

    2. Contacts: title, primary email

Note: If you create a new record in your Intuit Practice Management account, you will need to run a new sync in order to pull that record onto the integrations page in Liscio.  Then, you can follow the steps above to create and link that record in Liscio, or you can sync the Intuit Practice Management record manually with an existing Liscio account. 

Note: At this time, it is not possible to select multiple records at a time to create in Intuit Practice Management.  As an alternative, you can import your client data into Intuit Practice Management and then run a sync to link your records.
