Intuit Practice Management Integration: Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Tips for the Liscio-Intuit Practice Management Integration

  1. If you have created a record in Intuit Practice Management, ensure you have run a new sync to bring the record onto the Liscio integrations page.

  2. Running a sync does not automatically create your Intuit Practice Management records in Liscio, or all your Liscio records in Intuit Practice Management. To do so, follow the steps in this article. *Add IPM Create New Records   

  3. Be aware of the one-way auto-sync relationship.  If you would like to make edits to a record, it is best to do so in Liscio. 

  4. Unmatched Intuit Practice Management records will be listed after all matched records and all unmatched Liscio records on the integrations page. Skip to the last pages to find these records, or click on the Intuit Practice Management Column heading to bring all unmatched Intuit Practice Management records to the top.

  5. At this time, Liscio Relationships do not sync to Intuit Practice Management. For example, if you have multiple contacts associated with an account in Liscio, those contacts will not be related to the organization when synced to Intuit Practice Management. We will add this in the future.

  6. Contact Intuit Practice Management Support

        a. Click Help and Feedback in the lower-left of your Intuit Practice Management account. 

        b. Search their knowledge base, or chat with the Intuit Practice Management team.
