When imported into Liscio, the organizer automatically generates tailored questions by analyzing each client's prior year's information. This ensures that clients are presented only with relevant questions, minimizing confusion and unnecessary questions. The client's full organizer will be attached at the top of their Liscio Organizer so they can reference it, print it, etc.
Can I choose between standard and comprehensive organizers for different clients?
There are three organizer template options that let you choose the right fit for each client: Simple, Standard, & Comprehensive. Use different templates across your client base to ensure the best experience for everyone. Each of our templates were created to help you improve client response rates, increase satisfaction with your firm and save your team time and resources.

How do clients complete the organizer?
Clients will have the option to complete their organizer from their computer web browser, mobile browser, mobile app, or tablet. Questions are auto-saved as they work, so they can switch between devices if desired.
Questions can be answered according to instructions. File Upload questions also give an N/A option, in case the client doesn't have something to add.
At the bottom of the organizer are options to Save and Exit or Submit. In the event that a client submits when they meant to save, you can always re-open the Request.
If clients have paper documents, they can use the Liscio Mobile App or their mobile browser to scan the documents directly into Liscio. The images will be automatically converted to PDF.

As clients progress through the questionnaire, any updates are instantly reflected for the firm in real time. This eliminates the need to wait for the client to submit all information before starting work. The firm gains immediate access to their answers and source documents as clients navigate through the organizer, effectively addressing the challenge of clients providing information without submitting it to the firm.
Requests feature a progress bar, allowing you to track the client's completion percentage and monitor their progress.
Can I use Smart Tax Organizers in Liscio for all clients?
Yes! Liscio Organizers meet the needs of all types of clients: traditional clients who want full organizers, busy clients who want personally-tailored organizers, and the new-generation of clients who want fully mobile organizers.

How much do Smart Tax Organizers cost?

- Rollover Protection automatically applies a credit for any recalled organizers that haven't been opened by the client.
How are organizers billed?
As they are sent via Liscio or by pre-purchase.
Rollover Protection ensures you only pay for organizers that clients actually use. An automatic credit is applied for any organizers that are recalled before the client opens them.
How do I export/download the completed organizer?
Yes! We have an Export option that allows you to create a Zip File containing the PDF of the completed Organizer and any Files that were uploaded to it. This Zip File will be available for download in your Files page after generation.
Do Smart Tax Organizers work with GruntWorx, CCH Flow, Lacerte Tax Import, etc.?
Yes! Documents exported from the organizer can be imported into tax workflow systems.
