SMS: Using Two-Way Texting

Two-Way Texting will allow your firm to communicate back and forth with your clients via text. A dedicated number is provided that clients can send texts to, and your firm can text your client's cell phone number via this feature.

If you haven't enabled the SMS feature in your Liscio site, follow these instructions to quickly set up SMS Two-Way Texting.
Note: Only Admin users can enable SMS for their firm.



To Use Two-Way Texting: 

1. Click SMS on your left hand menu bar

2. Click +SMS in the top right corner

3. Type the phone number or desired Contact name

  1. Note: the number will need to be related to a Contact in order to send a Text. You can quickly Create a New Contact or Add a number to an Existing Contact if the number isn't related to anyone in Liscio.

4. Type your message in the Reply box at the bottom of your screen and send it when ready!

You'll receive notifications in Liscio when the client responds. You'll get a banner notification, a notice in the Notification Center, and there will be an unread number count on the SMS tab on the menu bar.



The best part - your texts will appear on the Contact's Timeline so that your coworkers are able to see and review the texts as they come in!
