Changing the Status of an Account from Prospect to Client

1. Select the Accounts page in the vertical (left hand) Menu.

2. Use the search bar at the top of the list to search for a specific Account.

3. Hover over the Account Name and then click on the pencil icon to the far right to edit.

4. Select the Account Status box.

5. Select Client.

6. Scroll down and select Update Account.
