Adding Employees to Liscio

As your team grows, you'll need to grant them access to Liscio. Here's how to do so.

Adding Employees in Liscio

Note: Only Firm Admins can add employees.

  1. Select the three dots (bottom-left corner)

  2. Go to Admin → Users

  3. Select +Employee

  4. Enter the employee’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address

  5. Choose their Role (Firm Admin, Firm Employee, or Specialist)

  6. Select Create.

The employee will now receive an email invitation to join Liscio.

Optional Settings:

  • Signing Authority
    Allows this employee to sign Engagement Letters and Consent to Release forms

  • Default Message Recipient
    Receives Alerts when:

    • A client uploads a file

    • A client updates Account info
      And there is no Client Service Team assigned

There can only be one Default Message Recipient per firm

Need to Resend the Invite?

  • Hover over the employee’s name

  • Select the arrow icon on the far right to resend
