Recalling a request removes it from the client’s Liscio account but keeps it visible on your Requests page as 'Recalled.'
Reasons to recall:
- Sent the wrong request. 
- Details changed, requiring a new request. 
- Organizer not opened; recalling credits your organizer count. 
- Tax return needs edits; recalling prevents clients from signing the wrong version. 
Recalling a Sent Request
- On the Requests Page, navigate to the Request you wish to recall. 
- Select the ellipses to the right of the request. 
- Select Recall Request. 
- Confirm the recall. 
- The request will then be labeled 'Recalled' and removed from the client's Liscio account.
