Because Notes are internal, any attachments added to Notes are not visible to the client and will be stored as Firm Only.
If you need to remove an attachment from a Note:
Select the Note
Select the ellipsis in the top right corner
Select Edit Note
Select the 'X' next to Preview to remove the attachment
Select Yes to proceed
Select Update Note
Note: Files attached to a Note can also be deleted on the Files page.
