SMS: Assigning Lines to Employees

Two-Way Business Texting keeps messages inside the firm, not on personal phones. It gets your firm faster responses and keeps clients moving with text reminders.

To assign lines to employees, an Admin must set up the SMS integration by reaching out to Liscio Support.

Once the SMS is set up, each employee can enable their phone line in Liscio by following these instructions:

  1. Select the SMS tab in the vertical (left-hand) menu.

  2. Select Enable SMS

  3. It may take a moment to be assigned a number. Try refreshing the page or coming back to the SMS tab a few minutes later.

  4. You should see your newly assigned number in the top-right corner of the screen with the ability to send SMS text messages!

Admins can review each user's phone line by:

  1. Select the ellipses at the bottom of the menu bar on the left side of your screen.

  2. Selecting Admin

  3. Selecting Admin SMS
