Streamline your tax preparation process by automating data collection and entry with Liscio's Smart Tax Organizers and GruntWorx!

Liscio makes it simple for clients to provide their tax documents:

  1. Clients can upload documents from any device.

  2. The built-in document scanner converts photos into PDFs, saving time and ensuring quality.

  3. The intuitive interface makes it easier for clients to upload the right documents on the first try.

Start by collecting client documents in Liscio with Smart Tax Organizers:

  1. Follow these tax organizer import instructions to properly print and import organizers into Liscio.

Once clients have uploaded their documents:

  1. Navigate to the client's organizer request in Liscio.

  2. Select the ellipses (three dots) menus.

  3. Select Export to GruntWorx.

  4. Navigate to the GruntWorx dashboard.

  5. Select the Liscio tab.

  6. Locate and click on the client record.

  7. Next to Choose an existing client to move these files to, type in the client's ID number.

  8. Select the correct client under Clients.

  9. This moves the documents into the appropriate client folder.

  10. If the client cannot be found by their ID,

  11. Click Move next to Choose a tab to move the client to.

  12. GruntWorx will create a new client.

  13. Confirm the client now appears under Clients.

  14. Once the documents are under the correct client, run your normal GruntWorx process.
