Each year we request that tax documents are submitted several weeks prior to the April 15th deadline to ensure we have enough time to complete returns. We must set cut off dates after which we cannot guarantee the timely completion of tax returns.

Would you like the option to eSign?

Body:

Dear Client,

We are always trying to make working with us easier on you! In order for us to file your return for you, we’ll need you to sign a form 8879 for us. We would like to offer an option for you to electronically sign documents this year, including your 8879, billing forms, questionnaires, etc..

Please keep in mind that if you electronically sign an 8879, the IRS requires that your identity is verified via Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA). To learn more about KBA and what the electronic signature experience looks like, you can read these articles: What is KBA? and How to eSign

To let us know which experience you’d prefer, please respond ‘YES’ to sign electronically this year or ‘NO’ if you would prefer to print out your documents and physically sign them.

Thanks,
