Disconnecting the eDoc Adobe Integration

Adobe Sign is integrated into Liscio through eDocs.

Firm Admins have the ability to disconnect the Adobe Integration.  This might be necessary if the designated Firm Admin needs to be changed, for example, if that employee leaves the firm. This allows firms to re-integrate using a different Firm Admin for the integration.



NOTE: If you disconnect from the currently selected Firm Admin, you will NOT be able to re-select that Firm Admin for the re-integration process. A different Firm Admin that is not associated with an Adobe Account must be selected for the re-integration process.
