How to Move Files to a Different Account

If files are uploaded to the wrong Account, they can be shared with the correct one.
  1. Click Files on the left-hand navigation.
  2. Filter by the Account or Contact name associated with the files to narrow down the list.
  3. Click the checkboxes next to each file that needs to be moved.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Share File.
  5. In the To field, choose only the Account the file needs to be moved to.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Share.
