Inbox Overview
The Inbox on the home screen shows the most recent messages in your conversations. Click See All Inbox Messages to display all messages. Click +Message to create a message. View new Alerts by clicking the Alerts tab.
You can also click Inbox on the left side of the screen. Here, you can search the Inbox, Alerts, Sent, Drafts, and Archived messages using keywords and filtering by recipient, date range, and attachments.
Note: The blue number next to your inbox indicates the combined number of new messages and new Alerts.
