Rollout Best Practices

- Rollout Emails: These should be sent to your clients at least a week before they receive their invitations to join Liscio. Check out our Rollout Email Templates.
- Email Signatures: These should be implemented right away and by every employee in your firm.
- Timeline: Set a Go Live Date to send invites and then begin preparing your clients using the materials discussed. This is typically done over the span of one to two weeks. Inviting clients in batches is also perfectly fine!
Pro-Tip! If your firm plans to use Get a Signature Tasks for Engagement Letters, and wants to send them out shortly after implementing Liscio, you can actually Invite clients and send the Engagement Letters in Bulk all at once. This has the added benefit of sending weekly reminder emails to your clients to activate and complete the Task, and will re-invite them each week with that reminder email, meaning you never have to re-invite them into Liscio!
