The Liscio Inbox is your central hub for secure communication—designed to keep sensitive client information protected while giving you a clear, organized view of your messages and alerts.
Accessing the Inbox
From the Home Dashboard, the Inbox section displays your most recent conversations.
Select See All Inbox Messages to open the full Inbox view.
You can also select Inbox from the left-hand menu to access additional folders like:
Alerts
Sent
Drafts
Archived
Pinned
All Messages
Use the search bar to locate messages using keywords across all folders.
Pro Tip: Create custom views to filter messages by specific accounts, contacts, or date ranges. This is great for tracking high-priority accounts, covering for out-of-office team members, onboarding new employees, and collaborating effectively.
Note: The blue number next to your Inbox icon shows the total number of new Messages and Alerts combined.
