Check the Invitation Expiration
Invitations expire after 7 days.
If expired, your firm will need to resend the invite.
Check Your Email
Look for an email from [email protected].
Check your Junk or Spam folder if you don’t see it.
If you are having trouble logging in, follow these steps:
Verify Your Email
Ensure you are using the same email registered in Liscio.
Confirm with your firm that they have the correct email on file.
Reset Your Password or Use a Magic Link
From the login page, select Forgot your password?.
Follow the prompts to reset your password or receive a Magic Link to log in.
