If you are having trouble accepting or receiving your Liscio invitation, follow these steps:

Check the Invitation Expiration

  • Invitations expire after 7 days.

  • If expired, your firm will need to resend the invite.

Check Your Email

  • Look for an email from [email protected].

  • Check your Junk or Spam folder if you don’t see it.

If you are having trouble logging in, follow these steps:

Verify Your Email

  • Ensure you are using the same email registered in Liscio.

  • Confirm with your firm that they have the correct email on file.

Reset Your Password or Use a Magic Link

  • From the login page, select Forgot your password?.

  • Follow the prompts to reset your password or receive a Magic Link to log in.
