If a client submits an incomplete Organizer, you can reopen it and allow them to continue filling it out.

Re-Opening an Organizer
Navigate to the Smart Tax Page.
Find the Organizer that you wish to re-open.
Select the ellipses on the right to open the menu.
Select Re-Open.
Provide a custom message to the assignee explaining why the organizer is being re-opened.
Once finished, select Re-open to send back to the client.
Note: Only organizers in the Submitted stage can be re-opened. Once an organizer has been Archived or Recalled, it can not be re-opened.
