Re-Opening Organizers

If a client submits an incomplete Organizer, you can reopen it and allow them to continue filling it out.

Re-Opening an Organizer

  1. Navigate to the Smart Tax Page.

  2. Find the Organizer that you wish to re-open.
    ​Note: Only organizers in the Submitted stage can be re-opened.

  3. Select the ellipses on the right to open the menu.

  4. Select Re-Open.

  5. Provide a custom message to the assignee explaining why the organizer is being re-opened.

  6. Once finished, select Re-open to send back to the client.
