Why do files show as needing review?

Files appear in the 'Files need review' count when they contain AI-generated suggestions that haven’t been reviewed yet. Saving or uploading a file doesn’t automatically remove it from this list—the file stays there until it’s explicitly reviewed.

How does the Files Needing Review number go down?

The number is reduced when a file is marked as reviewed. Once reviewed, the file is removed from the list and no longer counted.

What does the “Mark as reviewed” pop-up mean?

After editing a file name or tags, you may see a confirmation asking if you’d like to mark the file as reviewed. This simply lets the system know that your team has finished reviewing the AI suggestions for that document.

  • Selecting Yes, mark as reviewed removes the file from the Files Needing Review list

  • Selecting No keeps the file in the list so it can be reviewed later

Why is the “Mark as reviewed” step required?

This confirmation ensures your team doesn’t accidentally clear files before they’ve been reviewed. It also helps keep the files need review list accurate and organized.
