How It Works
Automatic Renaming
When an accounting-related document is uploaded, Liscio extracts key details (such as vendor name, document type, and date) and applies your firm’s naming conventions automatically.
If AI cannot confidently suggest a name for an accounting document, you’ll be prompted to either retry AI naming or rename the file manually.
Non-accounting documents (for example, photos or images like a picture of a person) are not automatically renamed. Instead, you’ll be given the option to rename the file manually if needed.
Only PDF file types are supported.
Simple File Search
Instead of clicking through folders, just type what you need in plain language (for example: “W-2 for Smith 2024”). Liscio will surface the right file right away.
Duplicate Detection
If a client uploads the same file multiple times, Liscio flags the duplicate so you don’t waste time sorting it out.
Request Matching
When a client sends in a document you’ve requested, Liscio automatically matches it to the open request so you don’t have to track it down.
Automatic File Storing
