When an accounting-related document is uploaded, Liscio extracts key details (such as vendor name, document type, and date) and applies your firm’s naming conventions automatically.
Non-accounting documents (for example, photos or images like a picture of a person) are not automatically renamed. Instead, you’ll be given the option to rename the file manually if needed.
Only PDF file types are supported.
For best results, upload files in PDF format with clear, legible text. Scanned images or handwritten notes may reduce accuracy.
