ProSeries Tax Return Setup and Printing Instructions
Print Settings:
Navigate to File > Print Options > General Printing
Ensure that Print Client Copy using darker fonts and the Advanced Options are unchecked
Navigate to Printer, PDF, and DM Setup
Ensure that Adobe PDF is the selected printer for Tax Forms, and uncheck password protect PDF files
Bulk print returns:
You can bulk print returns by holding shift and selecting multiple returns, then clicking the print button
In Print Selected Returns (or Print This Client on an open return) make sure to print the returns with these settings:
