Signing on Same Device
Signing on Same Device is available for Married Filing Jointly clients when only one spouse is a Liscio Contact.
Assign the Liscio Contact as the Taxpayer.
Choose Sign on Same Device for the second signer.
After Importing the Tax Return:
Select the recipient(s).
Choose the signing order.
Decide whether to enable or disable KBA (Knowledge-Based Authentication).
Choose if the users will sign on the same device.
Important: Once you send the Request, you cannot change the signers or move a signer to a different device.
