Requests allow you to easily get the information you need from your clients. Perfect for client onboarding, monthly close checklists, and tax questionnaires. Create a list from scratch or use custom pre-built templates.
Does a recipient of a Request get notifications if the Request is overdue?
Request notifications start with the initial email notification once a request is created. Liscio will automatically send a reminder notification one week before the due date, one day before and after the due date, then once every week after the due date.
Can I send one Request to multiple clients?
Yes! You can select multiple recipients for any Request.
Can I resend a request or send a follow-up to notify my client?
There’s no need to resend a request, because your client can always find Open Requests under their My To-Do List on their Home Dashboard until one of the following happens:
The client submits the Request
Your firm marks it as complete
The Request is archived by your firm
Additionally, Liscio automatically sends reminders to clients about open requests, so you don’t have to worry about following up manually. Everything is designed to keep things moving smoothly without extra work on your part.
Can I change the Request owner to another firm employee after sending it out?
The request owner can be changed within the request itself, or in bulk by using the square multi-select icon to the left of the search bar on the Requests page.
Can the system templates be edited?
While the standard templates can't be edited, you can edit the template that you select to send prior to sending it out.
Will information entered into a Request populate elsewhere in Liscio or in other sites or programs?
The Requests feature does not currently auto-populate information elsewhere in Liscio or into other systems. Once a client completes a Request, the information they provide is available within Liscio for your firm to review and manually enter as needed.
If I create a Request template, is it only available for me to use, or can other firm users send that template out as well?
Any template created by your firm will be available for use by the entire firm!
Can I export or download a completed Request after it's finished by the client?
You can use the Export option to create a ZIP file that includes a PDF of the completed Request, along with the files uploaded within the request. Once generated, the ZIP file will be available for download in the Alerts tab on the Inbox page.
