Announcing Two-Way Texting in Liscio

Two-Way Texting allows your firm to communicate directly with clients via text message. Your firm will be provided with a dedicated phone number that clients can send texts to, and your team can text clients directly at their cell phone numbers through this feature.

To ensure a smooth rollout, you may want to notify clients about the new number they should use for texting. To help with this, we’ve created a template you can download and use in a Liscio Bulk Message or Bulk Email. This will ensure clients are informed and start using the correct number right away.
