Before You Upload an Organizer
Organizers must be printed correctly from your tax software before importing them into Liscio.
Follow the instructions for your specific software:
Organizer PDF Requirements
The organizer PDF must meet these requirements:
Not password protected
Not compressed or zipped
Printed using the native print function (not a PDF driver)
If the PDF is compressed:
Check the file in File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac)
Decompress the file
Upload the new PDF
Do Not Use a PDF Print Driver
Organizers printed using a PDF print driver will not process correctly.
PDF print drivers remove the text data Liscio needs to extract information from the organizer.
Always use the native print function from your tax software.
