  • Re-authenticate: Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration.

Export Failures

  • Client ID Mismatch: Ensure Client IDs match exactly between Liscio and GruntWorx for proper file routing.

  • Invalid File Format: GruntWorx supported formats: .pdf, .zip, .jpg, .jpeg, .png.

  • Check Connection: Confirm an admin has connected the GruntWorx integration.
