How to change the Due Date of a Request:
Navigate to the Requests Page.
Select a Request with the status Open or Pending Review.
Select the Vertical Ellipses to the right of the Request you wish to adjust.
Select Edit Request.
OROpen the Request.
Select the calendar icon inside the Due Date box.
Select the new Due Date for the Request.
Select Save.
The Due Date for the Request will be adjusted.
The Due Date doesn't impact a client's ability to complete the task, but it does change when they will receive reminders. Automatic reminders start going out the week before a task is due, so keep that in mind when choosing a Due Date! If a Due Date is months out, the client won't get another notification until a week before it's due.
